“Fence Marshall” Rod has ran this Family-owned business and also builds fences, carports, decks and gazebos and now includes full home renovations of kitchens, bathrooms and more for over 30 years!
This big Family man definitely believes in Family first, including a strong work ethic, which he has now instilled into his 3 children who have honoured him with 7 beautiful grandchildren ages from 6 months to 12 years old. The ‘Fence Marshall’ loves teaching his grandchildren his secret trades, showing them “how to” instead of just doing it for them. Anything from simple maintenance of reading glasses & shoes to total upkeep of their homes and their cars. They are always helping grandpa at home. Whether it’s working on a car, motorcycle, or even helping with renovations around the house, they were a big part of building their big playground. They love using Granddad’s tools, getting messy, and helping out painting.
Rod is also a Class “A” Mechanic, a very talented Pilot and flies glider planes as well as Single engine aircrafts. Rod is a ‘Jack of All Trades’ and from a young age excelled in martial arts. At 16 years old he was the youngest air cadet to graduate with Flying Honours!
Rod also excelled in all his academic skills, his most favourite being Mathematics! His mind is like a human calculator, amazing everyone, with his skills beating you to the answer if you try to answer with a calculator.
Mr. Fence Marshall himself is also very skilled at organization on any project he is working on, from beginning to the end. He will always go above and beyond to make sure the project has exceeded everyone’s expectations and done within the laws and safetyregulations. In short, there is nothing that this man can’t do.
